Q. What theme(s) do the Done For You Bundle templates work with?
A. The templates are designed using the Elementor plugin. You will need to purchase Elementor Pro ($49) to install + customize the templates.
Elementor is a plugin that works with almost any theme, however I recommend using it with the Hello Theme by Elementor like I teach inside the 5 Day Website Challenge.
Q. Do you have Done For You Bundle templates for Divi?
A. Not yet. If there’s enough demand I’ll make them. Email me at shannon@shannonmattern.com to let me know you want to buy the Divi version.
Q. I already built my website using the Make Theme. Can I use these templates?
A. Yes, you can install the Elementor Pro plugin on your website that has the Make Theme installed, and then you can replace your existing Make pages with the Elementor Templates. The Done For You Bundle comes with step-by-step instructions for Make Theme users.
Q. Are the templates mobile-responsive?
A. Yep! They’re designed to look great on any device.
Q. What else do I have to buy to use the Done For You Bundle?
A. You’ll need self-hosted WordPress with a host like Bluehost like I teach in the 5 Day Website Challenge. You’ll also need an email service provider like ConvertKit. If you want to use a custom font that’s not free, you’ll need to purchase that to use in the template. But all the fonts I recommend are free.
Q. What’s the Refund Policy?
A. Because digital products are downloaded and not “returnable” – your purchase of the Done For You Bundle is non-refundable. If you are not sure if the Done For You Bundle is right for you, please email me your situation and I’ll tell you if I think it’s a good fit for you or not.
Q. What kind of support do you provide for the Done For You Bundle?
A. The bundle comes with comprehensive written + video instructions, plus email support for installation questions. We don’t provide individual design support, but we’re happy to answer your installation questions!
