1 | Note the most popular search terms people are using to find you. | |
2 | Find blog posts on your site related to your most popular keywords and make sure those keywords are in Yoast SEO, in the title of your blog post, in your permalink and in the first couple paragraphs of your site. Tip: if you change the permalink, install a plugin called Pretty Link and use it to point the original URL to the new URL. | |
3 | Jot down a couple of ideas for blog posts based on the search terms people are using to find you. | |
4 | Note the links of any sites you think might be spam. | |
5 | What sites are giving you the most traffic to your site? | |
6 | Note which social media sites are the majority of visitors coming from. | |
