IDK about you, but I spent way too many years holding back from getting the support I really needed… With my own health struggles and was confused why God didn’t seem to be answering my prayers. I pretended I was fine, but really, I felt stressed, exhausted, anxious and wondering if I would ever feel like “myself” again. It’s always painful to remember that period in my life, especially as I can see how it affected my relationship with my husband and children.
